COVID-19 Update LTC Outbreaks


Per IndepthNH: The state now has only six of its more than 200 long-term care facilities with outbreaks of three or more cases of COVID-19 and cleared one from the list on July 7 – Bedford Housing and Rehabilitation Center.

The first two charts, Current and Closed outbreaks, are from NH DHHS.
The bottom chart is my combination of the first two, broken down by municipality.

76 of Salem’s infections are from residents in our three long-term care facilities. 43 staff members may or may not be part of our count. 20 of NH’s deaths are from Salem nursing homes/assisted living facilities.

1st: Report from NH DHHS, sorted by active and closed (no more active) cases, and then alphabetically.
2nd Report from Bonnie4Salem, sorted by Community.

The residents listed would be counted as part of the infections for the town of the facility.
The staff would be counted as part of the infections in the town that they live in, which might not be the same town as where they work.

1,093 total residents.

  • 333 in Manchester.
  • 136 in Bedford.
  • 125 in Derry.
  • 90 in Goffstown.
  • 87 in Nashua.
  • 74 in Salem.

These do have an impact on the total numbers in the various towns.
